Stern of the Maine coast. Along the front of the first floor is the 28' by 14' Family Room, and to the West the 18' by 16' custom kitchen described above with its adjoining laundry room and full bath, again all facing the water. The Family Room and the Master Bedroom both have access to an 83' by 11' deck which runs along the south and west sides of the house.
